Arena Guide

Climate Pledge Arena is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and providing equal access to an enjoyable event experience for everyone in our community.

1. What is Amazon One?
Amazon One is a fast, convenient, contactless way for people to use their palm to enter, identify, and pay. The service is highly secure and uses custom-built algorithms and hardware to create a person’s unique palm signature that simplifies a range of tasks from payment to access.

2. How do I use Amazon One?
Amazon One is very easy to use and takes less than a minute to enroll. Once registered, each time a fan wants to use Amazon One to enter, identify, and pay at one of the four Just Walk Out technology-enabled stores in Climate Pledge Arena, they’ll just hover their palm over the device for about a second or so to enter, and be able to pick what they need in store, and then leave. It’s that simple!
Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Climate Pledge Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.

All other animals, pets, and wildlife are prohibited.

Animal relief areas can be accessed by exiting through the East Main Entrance on the Upper Concourse. Please see a Guest Services Representative for exit and re-entry.
Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. Headsets and receivers are available to check out at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse near Section 22.
WaFd Bank ATMs are available on the Main Concourse by Section 11 as well as on the Upper Concourse by the South East elevators.
For the health and safety of all guests, and to expedite the entry process, Climate Pledge Arena requests that guests do not bring a bag to the arena.

If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications:
•One clear bag that does not exceed 14”wx14”hx6”d in size
•Small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5”x 6.5” in size

Clear Bags larger than 4.5”x6.5” will be inspected. Guests carrying clear bags or medical or diaper bags are asked to plan accordingly and should allow extra time when arriving at Climate Pledge Arena.

Medical bags and diaper bags are permitted, though we encourage you bring only what is needed. All medical and diaper bags will be searched and examined.
Unless otherwise noted for a specific event, Climate Pledge Arena welcomes guests to bring small signs, banners, posters and flags to show fan support during events. Signage cannot exceed 24″” x 36″” in size, be affixed to a stick or pole, or be commercial in nature.

Climate Pledge Arena management may deny entry or use of signs, banners, posters or flags deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate or displayed/used in a way that interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others.
