Arena Guide

Assistive listening devices will be available upon request to check out at the arena’s Guest Services locations.
Dispersed accessible seating and companion seating is available on all levels of Climate Pledge Arena. Accessible seating locations may vary depending on event configuration. Need assistance? Call: 206-460-7825.
Interpretive services will be available by advance request for guests who are deaf and hard of hearing. If you require a sign language interpreter, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 206-460-7825 at least 7 days prior to your event.
Sensory kits will be available upon request to check out at the arena’s Guest Services locations. A sensory room will also be available for guest use.
Ticket Services will be available at Climate Pledge Arena on the day of your event. Ticket Services is located on the South Plaza.
ATMs will be available inside the arena and on the surrounding Seattle Center campus, services provided by WaFd Bank.
Climate Pledge Arena will have first aid locations throughout the arena.
All restrooms at Climate Pledge Arena are wheelchair accessible. All-Gender Restrooms are also available and provide a larger restroom for guests who require private accommodations or additional assistance.
Climate Pledge Arena welcomes service animals for guests who require the use of a service animal because of a disability.
Guest Services provides a complimentary wheelchair escort service for guests who have difficulty walking to their seats. This service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to assist guests from our entrances to their seats, and does not need to be set up in advance.
Located 15 miles south of Seattle Center and the Arena, Sea-Tac is a convenient lightrail ride from the Airport Station to the Westlake Station and then a quick transfer on to the Monorail. If traveling by car, via I-5 plan for approximately 30 minutes travel time without major traffic delays.
The Virginia Mason Franciscan Health wellness rooms will be available for nursing parents requiring a more private location.
