In addition to our standard prohibited items, at the request of the tour the following are PROHIBITED:

• Reflective vests, two way radios, uniforms, ID badges, or any other article that might reasonably suggest a person is “working” or holds an official capacity
• Wristbands or credentials not associated with the show(tour lams, tyvek wristbands, etc)
Small, non-professional cameras with no external flash or detachable lenses are welcome into Climate Pledge Arena for most events.

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Climate Pledge Arena.
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring ONE CLEAR BAG no larger than 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size OR small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5″x 6.5″ in size. 

Climate Pledge Arena does NOT provide on-site bag checking if a guest’s bag does not fit within our requirements.
Reusable (non-glass) water bottles are permitted. 
Bottles must be no larger than 32 oz and must empty upon entry, including ice.

Note: Reusable water bottles are NOT allowed on the floor for this event.

Hydration packs such as CamelBak and Osprey are not permitted.

• Numerous bus routes serve Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center including Metro routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 13, 24, 29, 31 and 33. Rapid Ride D Line and routes 5 and 28 serve the Center along Aurora Ave N
• Bike storage is available inside 1st Ave N Garage & on the plaza
Purchase parking ahead of time on the Seattle Kraken + Climate Pledge Arena App or purchase parking upon arrival. All-day event parking offered starting at 8AM.

• 1st Ave N Garage
Please Use:
• 1st Ave N on the Arena’s west side
• Republican St & Warren Ave N just north of the Arena

*Please Don’t Use: 
• 5th Ave N & Harrison St Turnaround near MoPOP
• Space Needle Turnaround
• South side of the arena

*Seattle Police will not allow access to these locations for pick-up after the show.

Pre-Show FAQs

Beginning at 10:00AM on the day of the show guests with VIP General Admission floor tickets may check in with staff at American Express® Hall ENTRY 4 located on the West Plaza to receive a numbered wristband. Only one wristband per person, guests can NOT pick up wristbands on behalf of other fans.
 
VIP Early Entry Guests who receive a numbered wristband do not have to stay in line but must arrive back by 5:00PM
 
General Admission floor ticket holders who do not have early entry may line up at the designated area on the West Plaza near Entry 4. Please note, saving a place in line for guests who do not originally arrive with your party, run the risk of the additional guests being asked to join the back of the line. 
 
Camping and the use of tents on the Climate Pledge Arena plaza are prohibited.

Please keep in mind: Climate Pledge Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the plaza after doors open. Any chairs, blankets, or items left on the plaza after guests enter will be cleared and not held for pick-up.  
Selling and distributing unauthorized merchandise is prohibited.
Tailgating is not permitted.
No overnight parking in Climate Pledge Arena lots. Violators will be towed.
Public restrooms are located on Seattle Center at the corner of August Wilson Way & 2nd Ave N. and inside the Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall, which will be open from 10AM-8PM.
