Some of the areas you may get to visit on your arena tour include: the Climate Pledge Living Wall, Press Box, Private Suites and Clubs, Star Dressing Rooms, Press Interview Room, Kraken and Storm Locker Rooms, and the Ice / Court. 

Tour routes and experiences are subject to change due to availability based on events and activities throughout the arena.

Tours last approximately 75 minutes.  Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Those wanting to elevate their tour can purchase the additional Drink with a View experience, which includes special access to the Space Needle Lounge and a custom cocktail or other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage while you take in views of the iconic Space Needle. Your first drink is on us.(Minimum 1-hour experience.)Arena’s interior and the world-famous Space Needle.  (Minimum 1-hour experience.)

Photography is permitted on the tour except in area explicitly forbidden by your Tour Host.  Photography is not permitted for any commercial use.  Videography and other recordings are not permitted at any time while on tour.

TOURS @ Climate Pledge Arena are currently only available in English.

Purses, small bags, and backpacks are allowed on the tour but may be subject to x-ray and/or search prior to admission.  Oversized bags or luggage will not be permitted on the tour.

Strollers/wagons are not permitted on the tour.  Climate Pledge Arena and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged strollers or items.

Pets and other animals are not allowed on the tour, except for service animals to aid guests with disabilities.

Yes, tours are accessible for patrons with disabilities.  If you have a disability requiring any type of accommodation, we ask that you email us at lease 72 hours in advance at [email protected] to ensure the requested assistance can be provided. 

Wheelchairs are available, free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note that Climate Pledge Arena staff cannot provide special wheelchair assistance on-site.  Guests with disabilities who are unable to independently operate their wheelchair should be accompanied by someone able to assist them during the tour.

Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.

Tickets will start at $49 with discounts for Storm and Kraken season ticket members, Washington State residents, youth (ages 3-12), active-duty military, and veterans with validation or ID. Guided Tour + Drink with a View tickets will cost $60.

There will be no limits to the number of tickets you may purchase.  Groups exceeding twelve (12) may be split into multiple tours.

Children aged two (24 months) and older require a ticket; those younger than two years of age are admitted free and do not require a ticket. Guests of all ages may attend Drink and a View with a ticket.
