Bag Policy

If necessary, guests are permitted to bring:
ONE CLEAR BAG that does not exceed 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size 
OR small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5″x 6.5″ in size

Seventeen merch will be available at the following locations on Friday, Aug 12:

Outdoor Location: (Starting at/around 12:30PM)

West Plaza – Outside Entry 2

Indoor Locations:

South Main Concourse – Near Section 6
Main Concourse NE Corner – Near Section 24
Main Concourse NW Corner – Near Section 17
Upper Concourse

*Please note that we are a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards are accepted.
Small, non-professional cameras with no external flash or detachable lenses are welcome into Climate Pledge Arena for most events. Polaroid cameras will also be allowed inside.

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Climate Pledge Arena.
Signage cannot exceed 24′′ x 36′′ in size or be commercial in nature. Signs of appropriate size affixed to short sticks are allowed for this particular show.

Flags are allowed as long as they’re not obstructing views during the event.
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring ONE CLEAR BAG no larger than 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size OR small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5″x 6.5″ in size. 

Climate Pledge Arena does NOT provide on-site bag checking if a guest’s bag does not fit within our requirements.
Water bottles are prohibited EXCEPT, clear (non-glass), reusable water bottles. All bottles must be empty upon entry, including ice.
In compliance with local health authorities, Climate Pledge Arena will no longer require guests to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend games, concerts, or events.

Guests are encouraged to wear a mask.

Please do not attend an event at Climate Pledge Arena if you have tested positive, been in close contact with someone who is positive, or are experiencing symptoms.

Seattle Center Monorail
Light Rail Train
• Numerous bus routes serve Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center including Metro routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 13, 24, 29, 31 and 33. Rapid Ride D Line and routes 5 and 28 serve the Center along Aurora Ave N
• Bike storage is available inside 1st Ave N Garage & on the plaza
Purchase parking ahead of time on the Seattle Kraken + Climate Pledge Arena App or purchase parking upon arrival. All-day event parking offered starting at 8AM.

• 1st Ave N Garage
If you are a VIP package ticketholder, you will receive an email from the VIP ticket promoter in the 48 hours leading up to the event date with more information regarding check-in, timings, and event expectations.

To change the name on your VIP ticket, reach out to Ticketmaster with your order information and alternate name for pick up. Guests will need a copy of the ORIGINAL purchasers photo ID for entry.

*Seattle Police will not allow access to these locations for pick-up after the show.

Pre-Show FAQs

In addition to tour merch being sold at the show on Friday, Seventeen merch will also be sold on our plaza the day before the show, on Thurs, Aug 11.

Camping and the use of tents on the Climate Pledge Arena plaza are prohibited. Guests who arrive before the 8AM lineup time will be asked to leave and return at 8AM.

Please keep in mind: Climate Pledge Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the plaza after doors open. Any chairs, blankets, or items left on the plaza after guests enter will be cleared and not held for pick-up.  
Public restrooms are located on Seattle Center at the corner of August Wilson Way & 2nd Ave N. and inside the Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall, which will be open from 10AM-8PM.

No glowsticks, outside lights, or flashlights.

Please refresh your light stick batteries before entering the arena! Spare batteries will not be allowed inside.
Decorative chains ARE allowed to be worn on clothing.
All fan projects must be approved by the tour or promoter of the event. Climate Pledge Arena cannot assist in the organization of fan projects or guarantee that every gift brought by a fan will be received by the artists.
