The Seattle Kraken app is revamped for season three! This app is where you will store your event tickets, pre-purchase parking, and access your free transit pass for Kraken and Storm game days. It’s the best way to stay connected to the most up-to-date information about the Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena.

Transportation

The Light Rail, Monorail, and bus are the quickest and most environmentally friendly ways to get to Climate Pledge Arena. Plus, the app provides the easiest process to access your free transit pass for all publicly ticketed events, including Kraken and Storm home games.

The app also allows you to reserve and pre-purchase parking at a location and price point that works for you.

FAQs

1. Open your app.
2. Optional Login to your Seattle Kraken Arena app account, or continue as a guest.
3. Navigate to the Ticketing tab, select Concerts/Other Events, and login and link to your Ticketmaster account. Note: This may be a different email address from your app account.
4. Locate the order with your ticket(s).
5. Tap and show to rotating QR code. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you’re in!

Transferred tickets will arrive via email.
It is the official mobile app of the Seattle Kraken. A true “fans first” app, it provides several features that will make events at Climate Pledge Arena an incredible experience.

Features include:

• EVENT TICKETS: All game/event tickets are accessed using the app. There is full integration with Ticketmaster, allowing fans to buy, sell, and transfer tickets at the tap of a button. Tickets can also be added to device wallets, attached to lock screens, and brought up quickly for rapid entry to the arena.
• EVENT PARKING: Discover and reserve parking both close to the arena and the Westlake Monorail station for an easy return trip home.
• EXCLUSIVE CONTENT: Get the latest news on the Seattle Kraken – keeping you closest to the action.
The mobile app integrates with Ticketmaster so fans can manage their event tickets with all the confidence they would expect if they were using Ticketmaster directly. Fans can also use the app to enter events at Climate Pledge Arena by scanning their digital ticket.

Before entry to the arena, fans can optionally save their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Fans can expect:

• Exclusive Seattle Kraken game analysis – pre-game analysis, line-ups, in-game highlights, updates on player statuses, and post-game summaries

No, the app will never directly store credit card information.
All transmission of sensitive information such as login credentials is always done over a secure connection using established industry security best practices and workflows.
For all events at Climate Pledge Arena, fans can book parking ahead of time. The app will:

• Display all parking lots available to event goers on a map with availability and pricing information.
• Allow fans to reserve before arrival to the arena in their chosen parking location.
• Allow fans to transfer or cancel their parking reservations if they will not be attending the event.
• Generate a parking pass that can be easily scanned at any of the aforementioned lots.
