Billie Eilish FAQ

Billie Eilish requires ALL guests to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen or molecular test, taken in the 48 hours before the event. At-home tests will not be accepted for entry.

Verification via CLEAR Health Pass is recommended for quick and easy entry.  CLEAR Health Pass is a free, mobile experience on the CLEAR app, which securely connects a person’s verified identity to their proof of vaccination. 

The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result:
• Printed document (from the test provider or laboratory)
• An email or text message displayed on a phone or electronic device from the test provider or laboratory.

Documents must include the name of the person tested, date of test and the provider/type of test.

All guests are also required to wear a mask throughout the show.
Public transportation options include: 
Seattle Center Monorail, running until 11:30PM
Light Rail Train, running until 12:30AM 
• Numerous bus routes serve Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center including Metro routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 13, 24, 29, 31 and 33. Rapid Ride D Line and routes 5 and 28 serve the Center along Aurora Ave N
• Bike storage is available inside 1st Ave N Garage & on the plaza
Purchase parking ahead of time on the Seattle Kraken + Climate Pledge Arena App or purchase parking upon arrival. All-day event parking offered starting at 8AM.

• 1st Ave N Garage
Please Use:
• 1st Ave N on the Arena’s west side
• Republican St & Warren Ave N just north of the Arena

*Please Don’t Use: 
• 5th Ave N & Harrison St Turnaround near MoPOP
• Space Needle Turnaround
• South side of the arena

*Seattle Police will not allow access to these locations for pick-up after the show.
Outdoor Locations:
• East plaza – open at 3pm
• West Plaza – open at 3pm
• Lenny Wilkens Way in front of the Box Office – open at 3pm

Indoor Locations:
• Main Concourse: south, NW corner, NE corner, and by the Seattle Storm Wall. Note: The Seattle Storm Wall merch stand location will be closed for Saturday, March 26’s show.
• Event Level (floor): NW corner
• Upper Concourse: Alaska Airlines Atrium near Entry 10
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring ONE CLEAR BAG no larger than 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size OR small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5″x 6.5″ in size. 

Climate Pledge Arena does NOT provide on-site bag checking if a guest’s bag does not fit within our requirements.
Water bottles are prohibited EXCEPT, clear (non-glass), reusable water bottles. All bottles must be empty upon entry, including ice.

General Admission FAQ

Guests with General Admission floor tickets are allowed to begin lining up at Mt. Baker Hall Entry 4 located on the West Plaza NO EARLIER THAN 8AM on the day of the show. 

There will be no numbering system in place for lines. Guests who line up at Entry 4 will have direct priority access to the floor over other entrances. Members of our Guest Services team will be readily available to answer any questions on the plaza.

Doors will open at 6:30PM on Friday & Saturday. 
Camping and the use of tents on the Climate Pledge Arena plaza are prohibited. Guests who arrive before the 8AM lineup time will be asked to leave and return at 8AM.

Please keep in mind: Climate Pledge Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the plaza after doors open. Any chairs, blankets, or items left on the plaza after guests enter will be cleared and not held for pick-up.  
Public restrooms are located on Seattle Center at the corner of August Wilson Way & 2nd Ave N. and inside the Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall, which will be open from 10AM-8PM Friday & Saturday. 
Guests can expect light food, water, and fun surprises on the plaza throughout the day before doors open for the show.
