Climate Pledge Arena acknowledges that we are on the homelands of the Coast Salish peoples, who continue to steward these lands and waters as they have since time immemorial. We recognize Washington’s tribal nations and Native organizations, who actively create, shape and contribute to our thriving communities.

A BRAND NEW ARENA UNDER AN HISTORIC ROOF
This transformational project is the most significant private investment in Pacific Northwest sports and entertainment history. In partnership, Oak View Group and the City of Seattle set out to reimagine and redevelop an arena constructed under an historic landmarked roof originally built for the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair.

The final interior steel beam was placed by steel workers to mark one of the biggest moments of construction to-date.

Climate Pledge Crown ID Installed
The faux neon sign was lifted, secured and illuminated to mark the full transition of the building to its new name. It was the final exterior transition completed until fans are able to see inside the new facility and glass atrium.
